Sailing Boat Description
The Beneteau 440 is designed to be handled with ease, and she excels. With self furling sails and self tailing winches she can be easily sailed with two people. With a Bruce Farr designed hull she is also a powerful sailing yacht. Her greatest asset is the huge cockpit, perfect for entertaining and al fresco dining. The Oceanis 440 can comfortably sleep up to eight people in private double cabins. Forward, stretching from beam to beam are two double cabins with the possibility for two additional beds.
Located aft, are two double cabins and two toilets with hot and cold and showers. One extra single berth is available on the salon settee, however we recommend a maximum of 8 people for a comfortable yacht charter.

Charter Amenities and Extras 

The Oceanis 440 has efficient roller reefing, one wheel steering, self tailing winches and an electric anchor winch.
Marine electronics include the complete set of wind instruments and a new chart plotter Raymarine E80.
There is a bimini and dodger, an on deck BBQ, new dinghy, outboard engine Mercury 5Hp, swimming platform with ladder and shower, AM/FM radio with CD player & USB AUX connection, LED TV with DVD charger and internal decoder with Digital Antenna on the mast, new plasma battery approx 250Ah with electronic charger and DC stabilizer.
The boat has a fully equipped galley with two fire LPG stove & oven, fridge/freezer, full boat and chart briefing.
The Genoa in a Pentex triradial sail, the Mainsail is a standard roller sail; both are used but in good condition.
